May you be at peace in the arms of God, and suffer no more pain and sadness. You were quite a character, but you had a heart of gold. You were a fighter and never gave up or gave in to your limitations, but kept a sense of humor and a ready smile. I will always think of you with a smile. God bless you, Sam, my old friend, RIP forever.
