Twilah E. Lewis

Age 88, of Canton, died Thursday evening in Altercare of Louisville following a brief illness. Born in Zanesville she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Anna Hartley. Before moving to Canton in 1972 she had lived in Florida working as a teacher’s aid. She is survived by her sons: Larry Potts of Zanesville, Kenny (Barb) Lewis of Finley, Paul Lewis of Canton, Tom “Wally” (Carol) Lewis III; daughters: Debra Potts of Zanesville, Valarie Potts of Canton; grandchildren: Sheryl, Tina, Shannon, TJ, Chris , Tim, Caleb , Nathan and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents was preceded in death by her husband: Tom Lewis Jr; brothers Bill Hartley and Richard Hartley.  Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 noon in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Msgr. Lewis F. Gaetano officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
