Betty E. Ford
Age 90 died Friday August 1, 2025, following a brief illness. A life resident of Stark County she was the daughter of the late Morris & Hazel (Teeple) Ferry and was a graduate of McKinley High School. She retired from North Canton City Schools working as head cook at Northwood Elementary Grade School and was a member of North Canton Community Church. She is survived by her sons: Don (Charlene) Ford of North Canton, Jack (Lynn) Ford of Louisville, James Ford of North Canton; daughters: Sharon Ferry of North Canton, Mary Ford of Canton; brother, Robert (Shirley) Ferry of Nashville, TN and 8 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband. Michael Ford who died in 2014. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 12 noon in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Kremer officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon in the funeral home.
