Betty L (Hanlin) Thompson

Betty L. Thompson, 1935-2018

age 82, of Strasburg, died Saturday following an extended illness. Born in Toledo she was the daughter of the late: Homer & Olive (Hall) Hanlin and had lived in the Stark/Tuscarawas county area most of her life. Betty loved to travel, visit casinos and never knew a stranger. She is survived by her husband of 54 years: Dale Thompson of the home; son: Dale (Karen) Thompson of Mineral City; daughter Sherry (Ralph) Schie of Strasburg; sisters: Sharon (Rudy Enriquez) Barros of Winterhaven, FL, Linda (Robert) Keim of Wilmot; grandchildren: Tara Schrock, Dale Thompson, Dillon Thompson and great-grandchild: Emmy.
