Clara L. Esber

Age 85, passed at home on Thursday March 28, 2024 surrounded by her family. Born in Sweetwater, GA she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Edna (Dean) Jones and had lived in the Louisville/Plain Township area most of her life. She was graduate of Louisville High School, a member of East Canton Church of God and retired from the Hoover Company in 2001. Family was very important to her. She is survived by her son, Nicholas (Jill) Esber of McDonough, GA; daughters: Kelly Esber, Christine (Tim) Simon all of Canton, Candace Esber; seven brothers, six sisters; grandchildren: Bobby, Allison, Kristin, Joushua, Lainie, Madison, Danielle, Nicole, Nicholas II; great-grandchildren: Penny, R.J. Harrison, Logan, Max, Faye and Hope. In addition to her parents, she was preceded death by her son, Christopher Esber and one brother. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey Witherspoon officiating. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
