Eileen L. Eberhart,

Age 97, of Canton died Monday following a brief illness. Born in Canton she was the daughter of the late William and Josephine (Tambini) Carmichael. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael Hope Ministry, the Jackson Twp. Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary and numerous American Round Dancing Clubs. She and her late husband George where also involved in teaching round dancing for more than forty years with several dancing clubs. She is survived by her son: Michael (Joanne) Eberhart; daughters: Paula (Randy) Yost, Mary (David) Johnson, Rita Capone all of Canton; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: George Eberhart; daughter: JoEllen Eberhart and great-granddaughter: Gabrielle Butts. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday at 11:00 am in St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Opkara as celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Social distancing and mask requirements will be in place. Private calling hours will be held for the family.
