Jason Scott Grasham, age 47 of Louisville, Ohio (Formerly of Grandview Tennessee) passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. He was born April 9, 1978, in Rockwood, Tennessee to Marcia Ann Grasham.
Jason is survived by his adoring and beloved Wife, Marci (Rohrer) Grasham, Son Gage Grasham, Stepdaughters; Katelyn Chandler, Marlie Chandler (Ethan Snyder) and Stepson, Bradey (Tomi) Chandler. Grandchildren; Avery Chandler, Jase Chandler, Brayden Chandler, and Maisyn Chandler. Half Brother, Justin Grasham, Father-in-law, Marty Rohrer, His favorite Aunt, Donna (Buck) Carr. Brother-in-law, Michael (Misty) Rohrer, Sister-in-Law, Heather Minster Wingerter, Best friend and Adopted Brother, Darrold “Bub” (Elizabeth “Liz”) English. And many other family and friends, all of whom he loved with his whole heart and would have protected at all costs.
Jason was a 1996 graduate of Rhea Count High School of Evansville Tennessee. He was employed by O’Reilly Auto Parts and worked as a Corporate Field Safety Manager. Jason was passionate about his job and was extraordinarily successful at helping his fellow teammates work safer and smarter as he travelled all over the country to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers. He was well loved and respected by his coworkers as well as members of leadership. Jason was very adept at motivating teams, creating solutions, and leading by example. He and his son Gage shared a love for collecting guns and knives and working on cars. They could often be found at the local racetrack watching drag racing or motorcycle races. To de- stress Jason enjoyed riding his own Harley Davidson Motorcycle and working on vehicles. Some people might even say he collected cars and motorcycles, as over the years Jason owned over forty different vehicles and eight different motorcycles.
After meeting and marrying his sweetheart, Marci, Jason quickly fit right in with his newfound family and friends. Especially the grandbabies. Jason loved and embraced his new role as Papaw to four perfect grandchildren, and they almost instantly had him wrapped around their little fingers. He looked forward to visiting them and loved them dearly.
He brightened the lives of everyone who knew him with his sarcastic charm and ornery wit. He loved to see people succeed in life and was the first in line to offer encouragement and support to others. Jason was a “Jack of all trades and a Master of none.” He could fix or work on anything and everything and did. He could be painfully blunt and was honest to his core. He was a true Gentleman, a hard worker and loved his wife Marci beyond explanation. Jason was an amazing father, loving and attentive husband, a supportive, and loyal son, brother, grandfather, nephew, and friend.
He is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Dean Grasham, Grandmother, Jean Grasham, Mother, Marsha Grasham, Mother-in-Law, Michelle “Debi” Schermerhorn, and Stepson, Kyle Chandler.
Per Jason’s wishes he will be cremated, and no formal funeral services will be held. Wackerly Funeral Home to provide Cremation Services.
