Jeannette J. Lacki,

Age 97, died Thursday, July 4, 2024. Born in Cleveland, she had lived in Canton, Xenia, and Dayton before moving to Columbus several years ago. While living in Canton for 18 years she was the office manager of Lake Cable Recreation Club and worked as a nurse’s aide at Timken Mercy Medical Center. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and served as a Brownie and Girl Scout Troup leader at St. Michael’s School. She is survived by her sons: Ralph (Paula) Lacki of Canton, Gregory (Phyllis) Lacki of Memphis, TN, Dr. Michael (Dr. Sonia) Lacki of Georgetown, KY, Thomas (Wendy) Lacki of Katy, TX; daughters: Adrienne (Anthony) McCann of Kennesaw, GA, Caroyln Kepler of Dayton, OH; grandchildren: Amanda (Corey) Rooks, Jameson Lacki, Martin (Andrea) Lacki, Ashley (Jonah) Mooney, Maria (Andrew) Harris, Elizabeth (Tayler) Kepler-Coy, Jacob Lacki, Genevieve (Phillip) Habib, Michael (Emily) Kepler, Kristyn Lacki, Dominik Lacki; great-grandchildren: Logan Habib, Casey Lacki, Lydia Lacki, Oliver Harris, Liam Rooks, Brandon Mooney and Miles Harris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Lacki who died in 1997; grandchildren: Erin McCann and Brandon Lacki; mother, Caroline Glowacki, father; Joseph Hentka; brothers: Chester Wisniewski, Bernard Wisniewski, John Wisniewski; sisters: Dorothy Kenzie and Lucy Karl. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday July 12, 2024 at 11:00 am in St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Opkara as celebrant. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the Church. The Wackerly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
