Larry L Tully

83 of Canton passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, following a battle with cancer.  He was born February 27, 1938, in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Harold and Letha Tully. Larry graduated from Louisville High School and served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Georgia Pacific after 35 years and 17 years at Wackerly Funeral Home. He loved gardening, spending time with his wife and family.  In addition, to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Larry is survived by his wife Margaret (Miller)Tully of 61 years,  Children: Bobby (Lori) Tully; David (Jan) Tully; Suzie (Rick) Mathia; 7 grandchildren: Jason Tully; Terry Berger; Christy Rose (Joe);  Derek Berger; Jamie Szabo (Josh); Joshua-Paul Tully; Melissa Hamilton (Phil). 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Wackerly Funeral Home from 6 pm to 8 pm and on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with services to follow at 11:00 am with Father Thomas G. Bishop officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at North Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
