Cindy E. King

Age 63 passed away Monday April 7, 2025, following a brief illness. A life resident of the Canton area, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Wilma (McKinney) Eckles. She was a graduate of East Canton High School class of 1979, Brown Mackey College and worked as a Home Care Aid. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, North Canton and a former member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Canton. Cindy is survived by her husband, Thomas H. King of the home; sons: Brandon King of Canal Fulton, Christopher (Anne) King of Lakewood, OH; daughters: Brittney King of Cincinnati, Julie (Adam) Royon of Solon, OH; brothers: Michael Eckles of Canton, Eric (Sharon) Eckles of Minerva, Mark (Amy) Eckles of Nashville, TN and six grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Thomas J. King who died in 2022 and brother Randy Eckles. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:00 am St. Paul Catholic Church, North Canton with Fr. Simon Mino as celebrant. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Wackerly Funeral Home.
