Marcia A (Princehorn) Dohy

Marcia Dohy (née Princehorn), age 76, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, in Massillon, Ohio. Born on November 29, 1949, in Massillon, Ohio, she lived a life marked by dedication to her family, her career, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.

A graduate of Glenwood High School, Marcia pursued a successful career in human resource management. She brought her professionalism and care to the M. K. Morse Company and later to Alfred Nickles Bakery Inc, where she made lasting contributions and built meaningful relationships throughout her years of service.

Marcia found joy and adventure in cross-country motorcycle riding—a passion that reflected her spirited nature and love for the open road. She also cherished time spent gardening and relaxing outdoors, finding peace and fulfillment in nature’s quiet beauty.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband Ronald Dohy; her son Matthew Dohy and his wife Christine; her daughter Christa Dohy and her partner Aaron; and her grandchildren Jessica, Samantha, and Jacob Dohy, as well as Evan Shepperd. Marcia also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who were part of the extended family she held dear.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Betty Princehorn; and her brothers Timothy “Timmy” Princehorn and Theodore “Teddy” Princehorn.

Marcia’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. No services are planned at this time, donations in her memory can be made to the Stark County Humane Society.
