Phillip Graham Obituary

Phillip A. Graham of North Canton  passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023,  peacefully with his family by his side. Phil was one of four children born in Canton on June 25, 1946, to the late Dr. Robert L. and Margaret K. Graham. Phil spent his life bettering others as a principal in the Jackson Local School system where he spent 33 years.  Upon his retirement in 2001, he began his best years being a proud grandfather to his 5 grandchildren who were his pride and joy.  He spent many years volunteering with Boy Scouts of America helping his son achieve the rank of Eagle Scout as well as all three of his grandsons. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years,  Sally Graham; their children Meghan (Rodney) Dye and Andy (Jillian) Graham; grandchildren Jacob, Trevor and Matthew Dye and Ellie and Gracie Graham.  Brother-in-law Skip Staudt of Kansas City, Missouri, Sister-in-law Cindy Staudt of Lakeside, Ohio along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Jennifer Graham, in-laws, parents and siblings. Private funeral services for the family have taken place in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Ron Iwanusa officiating. Burial was in North Lawn Cemetery.
