Rhea S. Bossart,
Age 50, of Massillon, died Saturday. A life resident of Massillon, she was daughter of the late Charles & Pamela (Silvis) Vogt and was a member of St. Timothy Episcopal Church, Massillon. She attended Stark County DD, and was active with Special Olympics and the Sounds of Silence Choir. She is survived by her husband: Robert Bossart of the home; brother: Timothy Vogt of Massillon; sister: Christina (Keith) McAtee of Lehigh, FL; nephews: Joseph Getz, Brandon (Sarah) Getz; nieces: Kathy Vogt, Dawn Vogt, Mary Vogt; grandnephew: Jayce Vogt and grandniece: Stella Getz. She was preceded in death by her sister: Katherine Vogt and Step-mother: Mary Vogt. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm in St. Timothy Episcopal Church, Massillon with the Rev. George Baum officiating. Burial will be in Brookfield Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening (tonight) from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the Wackerly Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, if you wish please donate to the National Down Syndrome Society, Stark County DD or Special Olympics Stark DD.
