Richard F. McIntosh

Age 72, died March 24, 2023 following an extended illness. Born in Evanston, IL, he had lived in the Canton/Jackson Township area for the last twenty years. He was of Catholic faith, grew up in the Evanston/Grayslake Illinois area and graduated from Grayslake High School. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked in the computer industry. He is survived by his son: David (Jenny) McIntosh of Los Angeles, CA; daughter: Sarah (David) Pogorzelski of Glen Ellyn, IL; brother: Edward (Susan) McIntosh of Georgetown, TX; sister: Patricia (Andrew) McIntosh/Oles of Homer City, IL and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Linda McIntosh who died in 2014. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Fr. Edward L. Beneleit officiating.
