Ronald “Ron” E. Wallace

Age 92 died Friday Feb.14,2025, following a brief illness. A life resident of Stark County he was the son of the late: Emery and Martha (Green) Wallace. He was a graduated of Lehman High School, served in the U.S. Army and was owner/operator of Ald Decal Mfg in Canton. His memberships included the Canton Masonic Temple, William McKinley Lodge #431, American Legion Canton, Post #44 and Amvets Canton, Post 555. Ron is survived by his daughters: Ann (Tom) Roberts of Murrellsinlet, South Carolina, Diane (Tracy Mark) Wallace of Lake Mohawk, brother, Gene (Eleanore) Wallace of Lake Cable; sister, Janet Wallace of Hilliard, Ohio; sister-in-law, Pat Wallace of Dover; granddaughter, Colleen (Loc Nguyen) Engelhart; nephew, Dean Wallace; niece, Donna Eible and friend Shirley Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Greg Wallace. Funeral services will be Friday at 3:00 pm in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Rev. Gary A. Smith officiating, Friends may call Friday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
