Rosemary M. Davis

Age 83 died Friday November 14, 2025, following a brief illness. A life resident of Canton she was the daughter of the late Henry & Stella (Chuckery) Orkwiszewski. She was a 1960 graduate of Canton Lincoln High School, retired from GE Capital in 2002 and in her retirement, enjoyed volunteering at Mercy Medical Center working at the reception desk. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish and formerly of All Saints Catholic Church. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Kristina) Davis of North Canton; daughters: Stephanie (Andy) Sullivan, Heather (Antonino) Pansera all of Canton; brother-in-law: Charles DeGraff of North Canton; grandchildren: Lauren (Ryan) Newkirk, Anthony Sullivan, Antonino “Nino” Pansera, Santo Pansera; great-grandson, Leon Newkirk; and long time friend, Janice Bryan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Davis who died in 2011; sisters: Clementine Popa and Victoria DeGraff. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with Fr. Kevin Peters as celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
