age 93, of North Canton died Monday morning in Bethany Nursing Home. Born October 29, 1923 in Canton to the late Carl & Helen (Tish) Moledor she had lived in the Stark County area all of her life. She was a member of the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist, the St. John's Guild and the Axillary of the Disabled Veterans. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Maynard “Bud” Hummell (2008); daughter: Marcia Moorhead (2013); brother: Joseph Moledor and sister: Doris Bourguin Rose. She is survived by her son: Dennis (Donna) Hummell of Canton; daughters: Joni Hummell of North Canton, Diane (Larry) Whetsell of Rootstown; grandchildren: Nicholas Moorehead (Nicki Masters), John (Konnor) Hummell, Emily Redleski, Brittany Butler, Larry (Amy) Whetsell; great-grandchildren: Brayden Redleski, Alexis Whetsell, Keith Butler, Dominic Butler, Larry Whetsell III, Jocelyn Tully and Bodie Tully. Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday at 10:00 am in the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist with the Very Reverend Ronald M. Klingler, Rector. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 pm in the Wackerly Funeral Home. Donations may be made in her name to the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist or the Stark County Humane Society.
